Job Description

  • Talent Acquisition – Manages the recruitment process, candidates screening and selection process.
  • Monitor and approve the Payroll process
  • Control Monthly HR Cost vs Budget
  • Maintains compliance as per law.
  • Conduct Exit Interviews

Candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in HR. Sound understanding of UAE Labour Law, employment practices, policies and procedures. Excellent Communication skills and ability to communicate with different nationalitiesFluent English Language and Arabic.
