*Assists in the application, renewals, and cancellation of residence visa, visit visa, business visa etc. after obtaining the necessary approvals.
*Assist in preparation and renewal of employment agreement obtaining necessary signatures.
*Assists in the application, renewals, replacements and cancellation of CPR when required.
*Assist in arranging pre-employment health check-up, when required.
*Assist in the application of COEPP and EDD licenses for related qualified employees.
*Responsible in opening bank account for new joiners who do not have such accounts.
*Responsible in handling employee passports keeping in safe custody for easy retrieval.
*Assists in managing leave related applications and reporting to work details for the employees.
*Assists in submitting benefits claims of employees to the accounts department to be processed.
*Receives all site time-cards and daily reports of the employees to process.
*Liaises with PRO to carry out any Immigration formalities such residence permit st& residence permit cancellation etc. following up to ensure the task is completed in a timely manner.
*Assists in any disciplinary or grievance incident with any staff.
*Assist in registration of runaway cases ensuring proper follow up.
*Assists in managing exit of employees.
*Ensure release of passports to staff after obtaining necessary approvals.
*Ensure staff files are up-to-date by filing documents on a regular basis for easy retrieval.
*Ensure documentation is done properly for an HR related process.
*Ensure staff details are up-to-date on soft files, where required.
*Will be required to carry out ad-hoc duties to his/ her ability when requested by manager or management.


*Diploma or Bachelor’s in any Human Resource or Administration related subject.
*1 – 2 years in similar field with a busy environment.
*Good written and verbal communication skill.
*Good working knowledge of MS Office.
*Attention to detail & Team worker.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From BD20.000 per month
