Our client, an International FMCG organisation has requested our assistance to hire an HR Assistant to work in their busy regional office in Dubai.
This role will provide generalist HR support to the HR Manager as well as the HR Function and Share Services. Responsibilities for this role will include but will not be limited to, maintain the HR staff portal and personnel files, support any changes to payroll, support on-boarding and off-boarding of staff and support day to day HR administration tasks. The role will also support the HR Manager in regional recruitment, work closely with the PRO to ensure labour regulations are being adhered to as well as handling ad-hoc HR projects.
