Job Description

·   Data entry/maintenance in the HRIS system and ensure data integrity of HR information.

·    Participate and assist in the creation and maintenance of effective HR reporting, including turnover, headcount, recruiting, organization charts, and other key metrics to drive organizational effectiveness.

·    Prepare and disseminate employee communications where directed by line manager.

·    Act as the first line of contact with assigned employee groups and escalate queries where necessary.

·    Administer and manage all new hire and contract registrations, closures and other system related entries.

·    3+ years in depth experience managing various HRIS programs·    Similar Experience in Employee Database Management preferred.·    Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivots, databases)
