A HR Administrator is required for an eCommerce entity in Dubai. This is an SME business and you will therefore report directly into the CEO and support all employees both in the USA and UAE in this highly team orientated retail organisation.
Although the core functions are based in Dubai, the customers of the well-being products are predominantly based in the US and Canada and therefore, you will also liaise and provide support to the New York office. The main duties of this administrative position include management of all employee queries and data including annual leave and absenteeism monitoring, maintaining policies and procedures, assisting the recruitment team with the hiring process and onboarding of new employees.
The HR Administrator will also prepare regular HR reports and developments for internal communication.
