We are looking to hire a HR Admin personelle for a medical centre in Al Ain. The candidate should have at least two years of experience as an HR Admin in a Medical Centre / Healthcare Clinic setting. As an HR Admin you will deal with day to day admin work, answring phone calls, emails and face to face enquiries.
Duties and Responsibilities*
Day to day admin tasks
- Answering Calls, emails and face to face enquiries
- Performing HR duties
- Anual leave processing for staff
- Keep record of attendance / absences
- Keep management upto date with day to day progress of work and activities
- Liaiasing with government bodies for Medical centre related work
- Liaiasing with vendors for contracts and pruchases etc.
- Coordinate and work with other team members to increase effeciency of work
- Communicate clearly and effectively [Clarify with management in case of any doubt before making any decision / assessment]
- The above list is not conclusive and management will asign you tasks as an when required
Salary: AED 3000 to AED 3500
