Job description / Role

• Provide HR support and advice to employees and line managers, explaining policies and procedures in a timely and effective manner
• Assist in visa applications, renewal of leases and trade licenses
• Liaise with suppliers/sub-contractors and documents control
• Support tender submissions
• Interface with Finance/Operations/HR teams in Singapore HQ
• Maintain and develop the personnel filing system
