Position Title: HR Admin
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: 5,000 AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

The hiring company is a high-technology handicraft production dental facility located in the heart of Abu Dhabi aiming to offer high quality, technology edge dental service for routine, aesthetic and implant dentistry to the surrounding society

Job Role:
• Answering employee questions
• Serving as a point of contact with benefit vendors/administrators
• Maintaining calendars of HR management team
• Participating in recruitment efforts
• Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
• Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
• Preparing new employee files and PRO works
• Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation.
• Processing payroll, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system
• Maintaining current HR files and databases
• Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records
