Job Description:

Mardel, Inc, a privately-held company based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Administrative Assistant. This full-time hourly position is located in Mardel corporate offices.We are looking for candidates who enjoy a fast-paced environment, and have a desire to grow within the company.The position is for a Buyers’ Assistant. Basic Administrative skills are required, but the position also involves a great deal of responsibility related to product documentation and regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and modify documents: Word, Excel.
  • Assist other leadership staff members as needed.
  • Respond to inquiries or redirect inquiries to appropriate staff member for response.
  • Other tasks as assigned
  • Various support and administrative responsibilities, i.e., filing, ordering and maintaining office supplies, setting appointments, maintaining calendars, opening and distributing mail, preparing and distributing correspondence, pulling data from various systems, editing documents, etc.
  • Complete projects independently or as a project team member.
  • Conduct research; compile data, spreadsheets, reporting, etc.
