As the Head of Strategic Partnerships you will build and deliver a strategic plan focused on creating mutually beneficial joint ventures and partnerships in the Middle East and around the world.

Description
* Assess potential partnerships and associated products / service offerings and prepare business strategy for early discussion with potential partners
* Work along with internal stakeholder to prioritise and cultivate positive, strategic long-term relationships with joint venture partners for mutual benefit
* Identify areas of common synergies to enhance product brand value & market footprint through innovative joint venture / partnership terms of reference
* Perform commercial analysis and modelling of potential JV’s including sensitivity analysis around the key variables including financials, performance of the assets, contracted rates and geopolitical risks
* Coordinate the establishment of all Legal documentation supporting the JV implementation
* Review and negotiate JV contracts and agreements including any third-party service agreements, whilst protecting the interest of the business
* Ensure delivery of the JV / Partnership’s obligations
