Our client is a start-up digital asset company. 

 They are now looking for a Head of Operations – OTC Desk to join them.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pricing/execution to facilitate electronic OTC Crypto trading
  • Hedge and monitor risk until trades are closed.
  • Manage risks including counterparty risks, exchange risks and lending risks.
  • Expand trading business to new trading products and new clients.

Skills
Preference:Immediate joinerEnglish-speaker Qualifications:4-8 years of experience in OTC or trading desk operationsExpert knowledge of cryptocurrency trading, lending, and complex automated platforms.Previous working experience in the front office with trading experience
