Head of HR

Job description / Role

Our client based out of Abu Dhabi are looking to hire a Head of HR to support with the setup of their Human Capital function. The successful candidate must be currently based in the UAE and have over 10 years of relevant HR experience. Candidates must have experience in building HR functions from scratch.

• Reporting directly to the CEO the job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Effectively plan, design, develop and evaluate human resource-related initiatives that support organizational strategic goals.
• Ensure that the core disciplines of Human Resources; Manpower planning, Recruitment, Training and Development, Compensation & Benefits, Rewards are set up and maintained.
• Lead performance management, talent assessment and effective employee relationships.
• Responsible for all HR Administration and Operations; policies and procedures, onboarding, obtaining visas and payroll etc.
• Manage and control the HR budget
