Your Role – Head HRBP
Location – Dubai

• Develop the HR vision and strategy that supports the business vision and goals.
• Provide strategic direction to develop HR systems and processes to create an employer brand to attract, retain and develop best of talent in the industry.


• Develop and implement the Human Resources Strategy in line with Organization strategy and business direction
• Plan and formulate cost efficient budget for HR function
• Ensure that the human resources strategies support business needs by means of effective communication and credible delivery of the programs
• Keep abreast of latest developments in HR strategies, systems and processes and benchmark against HR best practices to build the employer brand

• Design reward strategy and the compensation policy to recruit and reward and retain the right talent
• Monitor the annual salary review process and ensure it is conducted in a timely and efficient manner
• Review benchmarking against best practices in policies/benefits and apply the results to influence the required change
• Develop and maintain transparent HR policies and practices that build a positive work environment promoting an organization culture of honesty, sincerity and entrepreneurship
• Ensure jobs across the organization are appropriately classified, aligned within an effective job grading structure

• Guide strategic talent acquisition initiatives for the entire business by creating an employer brand and ensuring development of robust tools for talent selection and acquisition
• Estimate optimal workforce requirements, finalise and manage manpower budgets in coordination with the Concept/Territory Heads
• Develop a strong and efficient talent pipeline by providing direction to the recruitment team
• Ensure smooth induction and familiarization of team members with the organizational culture and business environment

• Build and maintain relationship with business heads to discuss performance & leadership requirements and develop processes to address the same
• Develop leadership lifecycle programs at each level which support the leadership development process
• Ensure succession planning and create leadership pipeline for key roles in the organization
• Review performance management processes to ensure alignment of people performance to business performance

• Manage the Human Resource Information system effectively to ensure that correct and complete information is stored in the system and is used effectively for the benefit of the organization
• Conducts investigations and makes recommendations regarding issues of staff misconduct and policy infractions
• Oversee staff welfare and other activities including discipline, counselling, exit interview, transportation and housing
• Ensure compliance with statutory provisions with respect to people practices and processes

• Develop talent within the team by providing consistent direction and support to achieve stretch targets and take leadership positions
• Retain and engage the talent employed and build a collaborative and high performance team
• Enhance team productivity through skills development through coaching and training
• Ensure objective periodic administration of the performance appraisal process followed by monitoring of feedback implementation for the team
• Ensure all employee disciplinary issues and grievances are dealt with correctly
