Job description / Role
We are currently seeking a Head Chef for a casual dining (fast food) expanding restaurant with multiple outlets.
The Head Chef will be fully responsible for the entire menu which consists of burgers, sliders, hot dogs, side dishes, deserts and drinks. Job responsibilities and accountabilities include:
– Full control of the back of the house including training the staff
– Creating menus
– Food cost control
– Ensuring consistency of the food quality and taste
– regularly visiting outlets to ensure consistent quality
