The Growth Lead will be responsible for driving demand to the online platform, increasing brand awareness, generating new users and optimising time spent on platform by existing ones. In this role, optimization instincts, product savvy, and an analytical mindset are key to driving growth, engagement, and conversion.
Our client is an online education platform that has seen rapid success and growth across the MENA region and are now looking to add a world class growth marketing expert to their team.
* Work with cross functional team (Marketing, Product, Services, Sales) to establish growth strategies to support the platforms ambitious growth targets in B2C markets
* Create, execute and manage new user acquisition campaigns
* Conceive and execute on a wide range of content campaigns to drive education (awareness) and engagement on the platform
* Manage all social media platforms (including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) and drive content creation
* Manage SEO
* Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement
* Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data
