Position Title: Grill Cook
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary: up to 3,000 AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
The hiring company is a well-known casual dining restaurant in Dubai specializing in Eastern Mediterranean cuisine
Job Role:
• Handle the Grill Section, looking after the timings of grilling especially at peak hours
• Check meat temperature, consistencies, taste and overall presentation when served – Kabab, Lamb chops, Shish Tawwok, arayes, etc. following high food safety standards
• In-charge of cleaning, organizing and maintenance of cooking tools and equipment
• Work alone under pressure, handling multiple orders from customers
• Maintain proper storage and inventory of Grill section needs, ingredients, stocks as needed and report any issue to management
