Job Description:
* Provide leadership and vision to the organization by assisting the Board with the development of long range and annual plans, and with the evaluations and reporting of progress on plans.
* Oversee preparation of an Annual Report summarizing progress on short and long range plans.
* Research and write discussion papers, analysis documents and proposals as needed to assist the organization in determining and meeting its long and short term goals.
* Policy development and documentation.
* Performance management and improvement systems.
* Direct production activities to insure safety and compliance with quality control standards, regulatory compliance, and agreements.
* Ensure client and vendor file integrity (documents, analytical information where required, communication notations, etc.).
* Assist in development of forms and tools to increase company efficiency and risk management.
* You will be responsible for developing a wide range of service contracts.
* You will advise internal clients on the development and utilization of contracts, and develop a schedule of contracting activities, including a resourcing and implementation plan.
* You will make vital contributions to the development and review of procurement plans, market engagement approaches, evaluation criteria and methodologies, and terms and conditions.
* You will also lead the development of studies to establish technical, financial, procedural or administrative feasibility for the contracting team, and make recommendations to the Tender Committee.
* Other related duties, tasks, & responsibilities will be relayed to you in due course.
* Submit a monthly report to the Chairman, with respect to the existing and the accomplished work, including your plans and proposals thereon and to meet with the Chairman immediately upon completion of this report
* You are responsible to perform any other related duties, tasks and responsibilities related to your job as deemed required by the Chairman, or his nominees in the Company.
