NTS Group is the leading HR & Talent Consultancy within the Pharma, Consumer & Healthcare sectors across the Middle East & Africa. We work with many of the top tier companies providing talent acquisition services as well as delivering HR consultancy projects including outplacement and talent mapping.
We are currently working alongside a leading consumer company to identify talent for an upcoming GM position within the business. Reporting into the Regional GM, this role will be responsible for.
Defining, implementing and executing effective sales and marketing plans.
Achieving sales and market share goals.
Achieving the subsidiary’s P&L, budget, and gross margin targets.
Ensure communication of the business plan to the management team.
Establish the pricing & sales strategy and the conditions. Participate in the strategic sale or purchase operations.
Hiring and developing staff as well as implementing effective succession planning and performance management.
Justifying and hiring additional positions, as the business grows.
Building good working relationships with businesses key customers.
Managing effectiveness of operations: sales, marketing, finance, HR, purchasing, importing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit and Information systems.
Working closely and collaboratively with the different Strategic Business Units (SBUs) to ensure that the market needs are supported.
