Job Description

  • Maintain professional etiquette to welcome visitors and guide them as per requirement.
  • Provide general administrative support to staff members.
  • Redirect phone calls to the desired personnel after analyzing the priority of the conversation and caller.
  • Maintain a systematic record of the company calendar, including up-to-date data on upcoming events and meetings.
  • Inform interested and appropriate persons about the company’s basic details through various communication modes.
  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.

An optimistic individual able to interact with the desired person through written and spoken communication modes. Remarkable ability to handle MS Office tools for completing the required and assigned organizational tasks and duties.Excellent organizational skills.Proven work experience as a Receptionist.Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.Adhering to corporate etiquettes by following appropriate dressing style and presentation.
