To welcome guests to the hotel, answer guest’s questions and resolve guest’s problems. To perform check-in, check-out duties and receive payments from guests.


As a Front Desk Agent at the St. Regis Abu Dhabi you will be an ambassador of the Front Office and the hotel, in and outside the work place. You are expected to provide a personalized service to all the guests, fully aware and following the hotel standards and procedures. You are to ensure that all guests receive a warm welcome and that they enjoy their stay / visit being offered the finest personal service. As a St. Regis host, you will ensure that the privacy of the guests and the confidentiality of the information is respected, and manage any guest complaint in a professional manner, by owning it, resolving it to the guest’s satisfaction and recording it. Also, ensure a proper use of the telephone etiquette as per St. Regis standards. You will also liaise closely with the Sales and Reservations on rate management and attend a daily briefing with the Front Office team to recapitulate tasks and activity. You are expected to actively promote and meet daily/monthly/yearly target of Marriott Bonvoy Program. Lastly, you are encourage to maintain an atmosphere of high morale and a happy working relationship among the team.


Must be proficient in reading, writing, speaking and negotiating in English and preferably another language.


Bachelors Degree in Tourism and Hospitality is required.


At least 1 year of experience within the hospitality industry.


All hosts must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance as per St. Regis Abu Dhabi standards.
