This position is for St. Regis Downtown Dubai located at Marasi Drive, next to Lake Central Tower, Business Bay, Dubai.
Job Summary
The Human Resources Supervisor is responsible for executing mainly the Talent Acquisition (TA) efforts of the Company, including the full life cycle of recruiting and is directly involved in the attraction, development and retention of diverse high caliber talent. The recruiting of non-management roles within the hotel will be the focus of recruitment additionally involves with other human resources administration and engagement.
Helps drive company values and philosophy and ensures all Talent Acquisition and Human Resources activities are operating in the hotel and aligned with Company vison and standards. Ensures compliance with applicable regulations and Standard Operating Procedures.
Job Requirements
- Basic Computer Skills – Using basic computer hardware and software (e.g., personal computers, word processing software, Internet browsers, etc.).
- Mathematical Reasoning – The ability to add, subtract, multiply, or divide quickly, correctly, and in a way that allows one to solve work-related issues.
- Oral Comprehension – The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.
- Reading Comprehension – Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.
- Writing – Communicating effectively in writing as appropriate for the needs of the audience.
