Description

· Provide world-class service to our client base via chat, phone, and email.

· Represent the company and product at the highest possible level.

· In-depth understanding of multiple workflows, policies, and tools.

· Provide to our customers knowledge, best practices in how to gather and use information, in

order to be able to make informed decisions in the market.

· Schedule and attend meetings.

· Stay up to date on the latest financial happenings and major headlines.

· Participation in exciting events in our industry (expos, seminars, etc.).

· Respond in timely manner to all the needs and inquiries of our customers.

· Ensure all client inquiries are responded to in full, including any follow-up inquiries.

· Offer support and guidance to clients.

· Align with management decision and respect the internal rules.

The ideal candidate should have high school qualification and atleast 2 years of experience. The position require service, client, base, chat, phone, email, company, product, level, policies, tools, order, make, market, schedule, major, events, industry, seminars, support, management, internal, forex, customer service, customer service mandatory skills. This is a Full-Time morning shift job.Salary vary between 5k to 15k (AED) per month depending upon skills and years of experience candidate got.
