Job Description:

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a friendly, approachable, and dedicated team player to join our high performing HR team as our Receptionist in a full-time, permanent role at our head office in Richmond.

Reporting to our Executive Assistant, you will be a key member of the team responsible for delivering exemplary customer service to those who visit our head office and to our team members.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming and outgoing mail, including the relevant documentation and booking systems
  • Relate policies and procedures to Head Office employees and customers where necessary
  • Assist the Office Manager with office administration, events and internal communication
  • Ensure reception and front of house meeting rooms are well presented at all times
  • Manage incoming calls and messages, ensuring they are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Provide support to the Human Resources team and to the broader business

Job Requirements:

Qualification & Experience:

  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast paced environment
  • Committed to providing an engaging experience
  • Effective planning and organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously
  • Strong attention to detail in all verbal and written communication
  • Must be able to commit to hours of work; 8.30am start to 5.30pm finish
  • A confident and engaging communicator with previous Reception experience
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word)
  • Professional phone manner
  • Proven administration skills in a similar role
