Job Description:
Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a friendly, approachable, and dedicated team player to join our high performing HR team as our Receptionist in a full-time, permanent role at our head office in Richmond.
Reporting to our Executive Assistant, you will be a key member of the team responsible for delivering exemplary customer service to those who visit our head office and to our team members.
Job Responsibilities:
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, including the relevant documentation and booking systems
- Relate policies and procedures to Head Office employees and customers where necessary
- Assist the Office Manager with office administration, events and internal communication
- Ensure reception and front of house meeting rooms are well presented at all times
- Manage incoming calls and messages, ensuring they are dealt with in a timely manner
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Provide support to the Human Resources team and to the broader business
Job Requirements:
Qualification & Experience:
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a fast paced environment
- Committed to providing an engaging experience
- Effective planning and organisational skills and the ability to work autonomously
- Strong attention to detail in all verbal and written communication
- Must be able to commit to hours of work; 8.30am start to 5.30pm finish
- A confident and engaging communicator with previous Reception experience
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Word)
- Professional phone manner
- Proven administration skills in a similar role
