Job Description:

As our Retail Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for instore marketing and events, shopping centre advertising and relationships, concession marketing and partnerships In addition to this, you will also look after all omni channel initiatives that are connected to the stores including, reserve in store and store appointments.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deliver marketing needs to partnerships (example, American Express / Mastercard / Stocard)
  • Write copy for printed collateral – including brochures, in-store signage, etc.
  • Manage any changes relating to reserve in store or store appointments with Brauz.
  • Support Canada marketing needs with head office coordination and graphic design briefing
  • Organise and distribute training materials, in store manuals and other materials as required
  • Own third party marketing requests and requirements
  • Distribute new collection and promotion digital assets to store centre marketing
  • Manage gift card partnerships with BlackHawk and TCN
  • Draft Singapore emails to drive traffic in store
  • Coordinate in store, loyalty and new store opening events and initiatives
  • Lead marketing across payments partners (Zip, Afterpay, Laybuy)
  • Draft briefs/correspondence for stores
  • Lead store closure customer retention schemes
  • Assist with Myer and concession partnerships marketing
  • Liaise with local shopping centre marketing and manage their marketing and advertising needs including VIP events, campaign and sales advertising
  • Coordinate and manage bridal fairs and customer facing events outside of store
  • Create in store element for all competitions including the creation of terms and conditions

Job Requirements:

Qualification & Experience:

  • Ability to focus on continuous process improvement
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing/Communications or similar
  • Willingness to learn, support others, display initiative and take on new responsibilities
  • Strong degree of accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask
  • Proficient computer skills in the Adobe suite and Microsoft suite
  • Proactive approach to problem identification & resolution
  • Well-developed communication, interpersonal, time management and organisation skills
  • At least 2 years of proven success in a similar role across a national retail business
