Job Description:

As an IT Support Analyst, you will provide support to our Australia and New Zealand, Singapore and Canada store networks and global support office in Richmond. Your main responsibility is to be a first level support to team members, resolving IT issues in a personable and friendly way.

In this permanent full-time position, you will work a 38-hour rotating roster Monday to Friday, weekend hours once a month and at times on call support.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Opportunity to travel interstate for new store openings
  • Contribute to the knowledge base and ensure all issues are correctly logged in the Helpdesk system
  • Asset management as per IT Work Practices
  • Support Level 2 activities and projects
  • Provide punctual 1st and 2nd level Technical Support to requests from our stores, warehouse and head office
  • Resolve problems related to network infrastructure, hardware components, operating systems, business software and office productivity applications
  • Out of hours on call support roster

Job Requirements:

Qualification & Experience:

  • Previous Helpdesk experience in the retail industry is preferred
  • Administration with the following technologies Windows Server 2003/2008/2018 directory, TCP/IP, Exchange/Outlook, MS Office Application, Anti-Virus
  • Qualifications in or working towards qualifications in Information Technology
  • Network monitoring and management tools
  • You will be a self-starting individual who is thrives in a close-knit team
  • Point of sale experience highly desirable
  • All forms of desktop support (Windows XP, 7, 8 and MAC)
  • Technical troubleshooting skills
  • Relevant Microsoft or Cisco Certifications highly desirable
  • Attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication
  • Sound technical IT aptitude
