Food and Beverage Manager

We are looking to hire an experienced and creative F&B manager to handle F&B operation within our premises.

Food and Beverage Manager Responsibilities:

  • Designing and Implement F & B concepts, including menu creation, material sourcing and staff hiring.
  • Forecasting, planning, sourcing, and ordering food and beverage supplies.
  • Adhering to the F&B budget.
  • Managing daily F&B operations.
  • Following health and safety regulations.
  • Maintaining positive customer relationships, processing complaints, and responding to customer needs.
  • Assisting with marketing events.
  • Creating and enforcing restaurant policies, targets, and KPIs.
  • Hiring, training, and managing food and beverage staff.

Food and Beverage Manager Requirements:Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the F & B industry, with at least 5 years’ experience in management position. Hospitality/ Culinary / food service management degree is essentialIn-depth knowledge of the food industry.Strong working knowledge of related computer software, including restaurant management software.Ability to adhere to budgets and meet financial targets.Excellent organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to forecast food and beverage needs.Excellent customer service skills.Great delegation skills.
