Job Responsibilities:

  • Management of various “Store Requests” covering a wide scope: Invoicing, Products blocked for sale, etc.
  • Management of the order portfolio (detection and identification upstream of invoicing issues on orders with “In progress” status)
  • Management of order cancellations (Update of information on all services concerned by the order: Supply, Warehouse, Stores concerned)
  • Management of alerts (Detection of anomalies in order to rectify them and notify the services concerned)
  • Management of non-receipt for Purchase Orders and Transfer Orders in stores linked to customer orders

Job Requirements

You will have at least two years of experience in a similar position
