Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
- Creating exceptional floral arrangements aligning with customer’s requirements
- Handle customer inquiry by understanding requirements properly, providing suggestions and solutions keeping up-selling and cross-selling in mind
- Coordinate with the purchasing team for shipments schedules, receiving shipments, and processing flowers to enhance the lifespan
- Coordinate with clients and delivery associates for local deliveries
- Dealing with customer queries, complaints, or feedback and providing information or if required escalating to the manger
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month

Bachelor’s degree3+ years of demonstrable experience as a florist in retailSound knowledge of different know-how of flower handling and design techniquesHumble, customer-focused, quick learner, detail-oriented workKnowledge of flowers & various styles of arrangementsAbility to organize & prioritize tasks & projectsExcellent verbal and non-verbal communication skillsBe flexible with time to meet deadlines in busy seasons
