Job Description:
As a Sales Program Manager within the Sales Program Management, Client Insights team, you will be responsible for leading large enterprise projects that support the Global Sales Organization. The Sales Program Manager will lead the planning, implementation, and execution programs that lead directly to client satisfaction working closely with our internal sales and account management teams. The incumbent will be tasked with developing program schedules, managing new vendors, establishing operating plans including setting metrics, and establishing plans to overcome any obstacles for success. The ideal candidate should have expansive program management experience, clear communication skills and strong attention to details along with self-driven attitude to support a dynamic, growing Fiserv. The goal is to ensure that all programs exceed our client expectations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle
- Analyze program risks and provide solutions to overcome those risks
- Develop metrics to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement
- Lead programs to support business objectives and implement projects on time / on budget
- Develop, lead and coordinate project schedules that manage resources, data, and 3rd party vendors
- Drive feedback sessions with sales, account management, sales operations, and marketing to drive efficiency and consistency and validate program effectiveness
- Ensure implementation of training, policies and practices
- Develop and maintain a program budget and tracking expenditures for the program
- Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved
- Establish programs and projects in accordance with the mission and goals of the established to meet client expectations
- Meet with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services.
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience in knowledge management and financial management
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specific experience using Microsoft Project
- Experience working in a diverse, matrixed organization
- Software lifecycle and release management experience
- PMP Certification
- Prior experience in transforming programs
- Travel up to 10% of the year
- Knowledge of project management principles
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong presentation, written, and collaborative skills to build and maintain proactive involvement with all levels within the organization
- 7+ years’ experience within Program Management
- Proven track record of identifying, developing and driving impactful partnerships/relationships across large enterprises
- Ability to travel up to 10%
