Job Description:
The Digital Channels Project Manager Intern supports the Digital Channels department with the coordination of projects and the portfolio.
Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions formalities for upcoming code releases and consolidate UAT results.
- Tools: Awareness of tools like JIRA and TFS, so as to able team if needed from TFS management for the work items. Tracking, reporting and communicating the information with vendors.
- Assist teams in other aspects as required not only limited to above requirements.
- Assist Product owner with the following roles and responsibilities expected: Assist Product owners especially Platform and Mobile teams as required.
- Examples Backlog management in tools. Tracking Items for the team to work on and focus on in scrum and working sessions.
- Assist Project Managers with the following roles and responsibilities: Help teams in setting up meetings, assist with recurring meetings administrative tasks such as collecting slides from various sources, creating/formatting slide decks, printing the slide decks when needed, equipment set up for large meetings and draft meeting minutes as required.
- Reporting: Awareness of project and defect management tools like JIRA or TFS etc. Create exports of TFS for all scrum teams to be send to the vendors.
