Job Description:
Partner with divisional HR and business managers for compensation planning including job definition, market pricing, pay adjustments, merit delivery, sales compensation and variable plan design and delivery. Develop and introduce corporate driven compensation infrastructure throughout the company for consistent, compliant, business-driven practices.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide training and coaching to HR and management on compensation philosophy and strategy, including FLSA compliance
- May administer and/or manage compensation programs such as ESPP; deferred compensation plans; process stock award grants, lapses, stock option exercises, reporting, and withholding of related payroll taxes; and work with third-party administrator to maintain and ensure the accuracy and integrity of equity data in the recordkeeping system
- Manage divisional job classification structure and market pricing
- Develop sales incentive plans in partnership with HR and Sales Executives
- Produce monthly/quarterly/annual HR metric reports and analyze compensation data from various systems
- Collaborate with HR to review proposed salary recommendations and job classifications to provide guidance and recommendations to business leaders. Recommend corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related issues
- Manage the merit increase and annual bonus processes
- Participate in the design and modeling of new or revised variable pay plans
Job Requirements:
Qualification & Experience:
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and quality work
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to manage confidential data
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
- Advanced skills in Excel, Word, Power Point, Access and other reporting writing software
- Broad understanding and experience with incentive compensation, processes and programs
- Strong organizational skills and proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects and deadlines
- High level knowledge of Compensation practices and principles, pay laws and regulations
- Extensive FLSA knowledge
