Job Description:
Reviews title products, performs administrative functions and coordinates with clients to obtain documentation needed to clear title discrepancies. Answer customer inquiries through phone and email with a high level of customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Keeps a working pipeline; works new files
- Performs clerical duties and gathers information for clearing title
- Ability to work multiple clients daily while staying within each client’s guidelines
- Reviews and clears discrepancies on title (order payoffs, subordinations, deeds, addressing judgments, etc.)
- Performs customer service functions and responds to customer inquiries received via phone and email
Job Requirements:
Qualification & Experience:
- Must be able to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications
- Proficient MS Office skills
- Basic math skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to apply common sense, understanding and problem-solving
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- General knowledge of company products and customer service activities
- Ability to work under pressure and remain flexible to changing schedules and demands
