Job description / Role

The Financial Controller will lead the finance division for the organisation by providing day to day financial operations and working closely with Executive Leadership team to deliver reports, analysis findings, potential risk areas and forecast opportunities.

Duties include;
– Managing the accounting and finance team
– Managing the monthly financial and board reporting
– Oversee cash flow and P&L
– Providing support to leadership team and mapping out budgetary planning and forecasting
– Mentoring the finance team and creating commercial awareness within the organization
– Develop and report in a timely manner KPIs that support the management
– Manage and develop key relationships with external auditors and other external parties
– Monthly VAT Returns management
– Lead on the implementation of operational and financial systems and processes in the region
– Overall management for all contractual financial matters in the Middle East
– Identifying areas to improve business efficiencies and reduce costs
