Position Title: Finance Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 25,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

• The hiring company is one of the leading dental healthcare providers in Dubai.
Job Role:
• Responsible in the budgetary controls and expenses management, cash flow management, cost control, reduce cost, suggest methods through micro analysis of expenditure
• support data management & financial analysis
• Ensures an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close
• Ensures the timely reporting of all monthly financial information
• Ensures the accurate and timely processing of positive pay transactions
• Ensures the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities are performed in a timely and accurate manner
• Supports budget and forecasting activities
• Monitors and analyzes department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Advises staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions.
• Resolves complex accounting issues
• Supervise the general ledger to ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
• Assists in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department
• Provides training to new and existing staff as needed
• Works with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advice on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff
