Job description / Role

• Assist and perform various demonstrations and events
• Accurately explain spa treatment menu and packages to guests
• Maintain cleanliness and attention to detail in spa treatment rooms throughout your shift
• Conduct all duties and responsibilities as required by the position, or assigned by the Spa Treatments Supervisor
• Perform all assigned spa therapist tasks in a professional manner, with a friendly business attitude
• Report any dysfunctional equipment to Spa Concierge or Spa Treatments Supervisor
• Maintain inventory of supplies for the operations of the treatment rooms
• Greet and welcome all incoming and outgoing guests and staff in accordance to brand standards
