This is an office based Operations role managing a team of 50 staff who are working as:
Nannies
Babysitters
Housekeeping Staff
Drivers
This job is for a Tagalog Speaking Female applicant ONLY.
Ensure the booking occupancy is maintained between 80 – 90% all the times.
Ensure that the company policy, procedures, rules and regulations are clearly translated, communicated to the staff.
The job involves supervising 4 – 5 Office based team comprising of Customer care, Admin and Finance team.
Ability to motivate, engage and keep the operations running smoothly.
