Property Coordinator

  • Preparing offer letters, issuing lease agreements & addendums based on negotiated terms.
  • Be involved in all aspects lease administration, filing systems & specialty leasing for the company.
  • Maintain a constant updated stock of properties through cold-calling
  • To effectively liaise with other departmental administrators and coordinators to ensure efficient leasing operations.
  • Arrange property viewings for agents


  • Must possess excellent communication skills
  • Preferably Bilingual (English and Arabic)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience within Real Estate (Sales OR Leasing)
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
  • A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
