Job description / Role
Assisting the Senior Management, the Projects Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring our projects are managed well and assist in the perfect delivery.
Working from conception to launch, the role will involve:
– Coordination between all parties: Design, Graphic, Contractors, Senior Management, Stakeholders, Food tasting, and Kitchen suppliers.
– Preparing and maintaining project timeline, making sure all deliverables are completed accordingly.
– Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes.
– Present oral and written reports defining plans, problems, and resolutions to appropriate levels of management.
– Manage the involvement of the senior management in each project
– Complete administrative tasks as required
