A flower shop and customized cakes – family owned business.
Job Role:
Confer with the family to determine their meal preferences, specifications, food allergies, and dietary restrictions
Prepare customized meal plans for the family based on their preferences, specifications, and dietary needs
Shop for meal ingredients as well as necessary kitchen tools and equipment
Inspect meal ingredients before making purchases to ensure that they are of the highest quality
Prepare meals in the kitchen in accordance with food health and safety regulations
Clean and sanitize work areas before and after meal preparation
Pack and label prepared meals that are to be consumed at a later date
