Job description / Role

• Required to join a contractor working with government clients in the UAE.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the FM on major portfolios.
• This will include ensuring building maintenance and other services are completed efficiently, carrying out site audits and management inspections, managing services contracts and the work of contractors and controlling all maintenance and facilities spend in line with budget.
