Job description / Role
We are looking for dynamic and self motivated Food & Beverage professional with minimum of 3 years relevant experience in hospitality industry. The candidate shall be responsible to maintain good service standard in close cooperation with the service crew/stewarding and kitchen staff. Maintain professional and friendly relationship with the customers and strive to provide highest level of guest satisfaction & memorable experience. Should possess good knowledge of creating menus and handling promotional activities. Should maintain good hygiene and comply with health and safety requirements, procedure and policies. Contribute and maximize the monthly revenue budgets and work closely with the management to achieve the commercial targets.
