Subject matter experts in their home pavilion’s theme and confident in actively providing information to individuals and groups of visitors.

– Fluent in English

– Interactive in conversations through storytelling

– Extroverted and Enthusiastic in communication

– Prior experience in customer service

– Experience in complex environments

Hosts:

Plays a pivotal role in the delivery of visitor services operations offering exceptional service to all visitors by assisting them in a friendly, efficient, courteous, professional and safe manner.

– Fluent in English

– Customer service and visitor facing experience

– Understanding of principles of crowd management

– Conflict resolution

– First aid certified (response host)

Contract length: 7 months

Salary: AED3,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
