Expenses Assistant


Job Description:

  • Review and control the execution of project budgets;
  • To account for expenses and carry out financial planning;
  • Prepare financial statements in accordance with the requirements of donors and clients;
  • Control the implementation of internal rules of the organization;
  • Comply with the terms of agreements with donors and deadlines;
  • To budget new projects of the organization.

Job Requirements:

  • Higher Education – preferably economics or finance;
  • excellent command of the MS Excel program;
  • knows English at the Upper-Intermediate level and above;
  • has developed analytical skills and is attentive to details;
  • can propose solutions to achieve the best result;
  • wants to work in a team and take initiative.
