About the client:
The hiring company is one of the largest ready mix concrete supplier by using the latest technologies, machineries and equipment’s. The company is a pioneer in designing, manufacturing and supplying of ready mix concrete in the Eastern Region of U.A.E, supplying a full range of quality assured concrete products based on the comprehensive knowledge and application of concrete technology.
Job Role:
Maintain the executive’s schedule and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
Attend and keep minutes of the meetings and handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
Handle and screen phone calls and redirect to the right personnel when needed as well as handling all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Make travel arrangements for executives
Prepare invoices or financial statements and provide assistance in bookkeeping
Monitor office supplies and negotiate terms with suppliers to ensure the most cost-effective orders
Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
