  •  Provide personal administrative support to Directors.
  • Submitting offers to clients and following up
  • Creating sales orders and communicating with the clients
  • Oversee the emails, including strictly private and confidential communication.
  • Prepare correspondence, compose letters and responses;
  • Maintains confidentiality and uses a high degree of discretion.
  • Effective coordination with other offices globally

Educated to degree level or equivalent. Required SkillsDetail oriented, discreet, diplomatic, dependable, proactive, with a sophisticated approachStrong verbal and written communication skills.Must be a good listener
