- Comprehensively assist the top management and act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
- Extensively manage e-mails including checking incoming/outgoing emails and following up as necessary and respond accurately to internal and external information requests
- Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings and take dictation and minutes.
- Organize travel and events arrangements, booking flights, accommodation, etc.
- Create and reformat effective presentations and documentation
- Prepare reports and documentation for meetings and appointments
At least 1 year experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Secretary or in a similar administrative role in UAEMust have experience in planning & organizing International Business TripsBe highly organized, detail-oriented, and discreet and be able to exercise tact and diplomacyDisplay excellent communications skills, with an ability to engage and interact with senior global leadersAbility to multi-task effectivelyHave strong verbal, and written communication skillsMeticulous, diplomatic & pleasant personalityDisplay a high value for integrityExtremely proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) Please make sure you meet the criteria mentioned, or your cv will be discarded.Due to large number of CVS, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a face-to-face interview.
