Position Title: Executive Assistant & Office Manager      

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:

A well established holding company that has successful track of records in trading and tobacco manufacturing industry

Job Role:

  • Manage general office/company accounts, invoices, receipts, orders and working with the related team members to ensure accurate and sound documentation and timely payments 
  • Negotiate with office vendors on the procurement of office materials
  • Manage external communication with related parties; acting as the point of contact between the team and external parties (including but not limited to regular stakeholders, PRO affairs, employment affairs, social outings, etc.)
  • Manage calendar and itinerary of the CEO & Chairman
  • Manage all administrative documentation, contract management needs, drafting, review, mailing and archiving processes (both soft and hard filing)
  • Establish and formalize office management systems and procedures, and oversee all secretarial/administrative support responsibilities

Requirements: Open to Arabic nationalsFemale, 40 years old and belowAt least 3 years’ experience as Office Manager/PA/EA roleMust be well knowledgeable in admin and legal worksCandidates who have FMCG legal background is a plusImmediate joiners will be prioritized
