Event staff (temporary) – Entertainment company

The person selected will be responsible for providing guests and clients with exceptional service on each visit. To do this, he must carry out the following tasks: – Answer questions from guests regarding the event and facilities. – Keep corridors, esplanades and stairways clear of guests while the event takes place. – Handle complaints, disturbances or problems related to guests. – Inspect the assigned work area before and during the event, looking for security risks, problems with the facilities, cleaning needs, injuries, etc. – Other tasks related to the position. You must have a good level of communication, organization and dynamism.
