Event Foreman

• Report event progress to event planner
• Develop a work schedule for workers
• Supervise all event workers
• Be the liaison between event workers and planners
• Solve disputes between workers
• Ensure that a event is adequately staffed
• Assign tasks to event workers
• Ensure that the event is staying on or under budget
• Ensure to finish with the due time given from the client
