Job description / Role
We are looking for an Estimation Engineer to join our renovation and fit-out team. We are a fast growing ogranisation and looking for someone who is driven and wishes to grow in their career.
We are a Dubai based provider of facility management and property maintenance services. We provide a range of hard- and soft services to both individual apartments, villas and entire high-rise buildings.
Title: Estimation Engineer (renovations & fit-outs)
Employment type: Full-time
Salary: Up to 7 500 AED including car, depending on qualifications.
Location: Al Barsha, Dubai (close to Mall of Emirates)
Duties:
• Interpreting drawings and specifications
• Preparation of bills of quantities
• Price tenders
• Procurement
• Cost control
Requirements:
• Minimum 25 years old
• Driver’s license
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering or any related course
• Strong knowledge as Quantity Surveyor
• Extensive experience in renovation and fit-out industry
• Knowledgeable in RFQ’s, tender and bill of quantity
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Proficient in English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and negotiation skills
